Taking this section of the ambitious Wembley masterplan through Stage C; the South West Lands development consisted a site wide basement and podium encompassing retail, amenity, and leisure space. Residential accommodation above consisted of three blocks of mid rise residential and one 35 storey reinforced concrete tower.
A complex arrangement of floor plates in the tower required a portion of the lateral system to be transferred out at second floor whilst not compromising stringent requirements on retained parking spaces.
